Training steps

Recruiting and training steps includes:
Step 1: submit a resume, explain the reason why you can become success, and fill in the "Training plan application". The above materials have only 1-2 pages, using E-mail directly submit, preliminary sift by the human resource department.
Step 2: accept the human resources manager’s interview, the human resources manager carry out remote interview using phone or through the Internet, successful candidate gains second-round exam.
Step 3: accept software test which composites psychological, talent, professional, business, personality. The above test is carried out through the network, applicants fill test questionnaire and submit it in the network, evaluate test results by the mental test expert, make a comprehensive evaluation, and finally list qualified applicants.
Step 4: invite qualified applicants to accept the training in United States. Send official notice of joining Golden NHC training course in the United States and invitation to train in United States, and visa materials for U.S.A.
Step 5: qualified applicants go to the United States to accept "Golden new health institute" training. According to the different types of training projects, the applicant needs to be trained for two weeks-8 weeks in the United States, award "Training qualified certificate" for qualified applicants who has passed the training, and sign the probation period contract.
